Registration Fee
We charge a one off Registration fee of £800. This covers basic costs, including communications, research and viewings. This fee is charged for a three month search. Normally we will have sourced a property within that time, but, if not, we will discuss with you then if a further search/fee is required. On exchange of contracts we will make a deduction of your registration fee from the final bill.
Finding Fee for Buying
We suggest two different ways of remuneration. This gives you, the client, the choice of how to reward us for the work we have done. Each of the options is subject to a minimum fee of £5,000 (don't forget we credit you after exchange of contracts with the original £800 registration fee) and is invoiced after exchange of contracts. All invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
Option 1
2% of purchase price
Option 2
1.5% of purchase price plus 10% of the difference between the original advertised asking price and the eventual purchase price
Finding Fee for Rentals
Our fees for finding a property to rent are equal to one months rent less the original Registration fee. Rental Fees are due within fourteen days of signing.
All invoices subject to VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%
