Registration Fee
We charge a one off Registration fee of £800. This covers basic costs, including communications, research and viewings. This fee is charged for a three month search. Normally we will have sourced a property within that time, but, if not, we will discuss with you then if a further search/fee is required. On exchange of contracts we will make a deduction of your registration fee from the final bill.
Finding Fee for Buying
Our finding service for buyers is tailored to your needs. The type of property you are looking for, where you would like to buy and how quickly you want to find are all considered when agreeing our fee. Please give us details of the type of property you are looking for and your budget and we will get back to you quickly with an accurate quotation. Don’t forget we deduct the Registration Fee from the final Finding Fee invoice.
Finding Fee for Rentals
Our fees for finding a property to rent are equal to one months rent less the original Registration fee. Rental Fees are due within fourteen days of signing.
All invoices subject to VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%
